スマホの約束。

娘も13歳になり、そろそろスマホデビューが近づいています。どうせなら正しく積極的に使って欲しいこともあり、我が家も娘とのコントラクトを作成しています。まぁ、最初は失敗してスマホを取り上げられることもあると思うのですが、毎回話し合ってリテラシーを高めていければと思います。

Rules from Dad

If you can complete the following mission, we will buy you a phone of your choice and promise to pay your monthly usage fees.

1st: Guidelines for Smartphone Usage
・When you go to bed, both your smartphone and iPad should be charged in the living room. We would like to relax this rule only on weekends.
・Please be very careful when posting on social networking sites, both photos and text. Once you post a photo or text, you may not delete it yourself.
This means that your post has the potential to be viewed forever.
・Do not be interested in posts that hurt people. If you see a post that offends people, do not add your opinion of any kind.
・If you do see a post that is hurtful to you, please be sure to let Mom and Dad know. We are always on your side and will focus on protecting only
you against any incidents. Our mission is to protect you at all incidents. Never forget that.
・We encourage you to be proactive in your use of social networking and other social networking sites. We hope this will improve your literacy.

2nd: Minimum daily requirements
・Mom’s cooking is the best in the world. You are expected to prepare dinner and clean up everything with Mom every day. (Sometimes with Dad) If
you can enjoy listening to music or watching videos during this time, feel free to do so.
This is the only condition in life from Dad.
Smartphones and PCs are really great tools. We want you to take full advantage of it for a great experience with your family and, of course, your
friends.

Please try to be able to put these rules into practice first. In light of your daily routine we want to make a decision as soon as possible.
